About this role

To qualify at the GS-12 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis.

Human Resources Audits - pulling data from HR systems when requested and preparing for submission to auditors and making sure data is properly formatted and PII has been redacted within documents. Database Administration - retrieving data from multiple sources; using various data sources and understanding the quality of the data; and identifying edits in the systems. HR Automation - understanding HR systems requirements development techniques and practices; and HR information systems concepts and methods, as well as consultative skills, sufficient to provide advice and assistance for HR information systems.
