About this role

To qualify for a GS-07, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience performing administrative or human resources-related work, such as assisting with personnel actions, staffing activities, document preparation, records management, customer service, maintaining data, or performing similar support functions.

To qualify for a GS-05, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Sound judgment, integrity, and attention to detail. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to learn new systems, technology, policies, and procedures. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to public service.
