About this role

For GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying knowledge of general human resources management. Experience assisting with writing documents to prepare findings in labor and employee relations.

Experience gathering and evaluating case facts, developing recommendations for and assuring the implementation of appropriate corrective actions. Experience conducting research to identify courses of action after problem identification. Experience and skill in written and oral communication to prepare and present findings in a logical and clear manner.
