HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MIL)
About this role
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of criteria for eligibility for submarine and nuclear field duty, factors requiring disqualification including substance abuse policies, Personnel Reliability Program, and medical standards for both; 2) Establishing workflows, set work priorities, and manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of assignments; 3) Utilizing knowledge of the submarine operating environment, physical constraints, and unique personnel demands and manner of employment of personnel and equipment on board these highly specialized platforms; 4) Identifying, evaluating, and make recommendations regarding the training and distribution of assigned constituents; and 5) Proficient in oral and written communications to prepare and present briefings, trainings, and presentations; conduct interviews; make recommendations.
