About this role

GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Experience providing technical assistance to managers on recruitment and classification matters. 2.) Applying recruitment principles to advise on staffing options and recommending the most effective recruitment methods to attract qualified candidates.

3.) Experience applying position classification standards to evaluate positions and provide basic advisory services on organizational structures and position management. 4.) Demonstrate the ability to research and analyze HR-related issues to recommend solutions and provide effective customer service to managers and employees. GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Experience providing comprehensive management advisory services on complex recruitment and classification matters. 2.) Independently developing and implementing innovative staffing strategies for hard-to-fill positions, making suggestions and offering advice concerning the best-qualified candidates, and providing technical guidance on various hiring authorities.

3.) Experience performing position classification reviews, analyzing and advising on Federal classification of a variety of positions. 4.) Providing excellent customer service and resolving difficult staffing and classification problems by interpreting and applying a wide range of HR laws, regulations, and procedures.
