INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER (PROCESS IMPROVEMENT/PROJECT MANAGER)
About this role
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodology and mastery in applying a broad range of analytical, evaluative, and quantitative techniques for complex data analysis.
2.) Proficiency in various software development tools, including Microsoft Office, Git, UIPath, cloud computing, developer IDEs, and Python/R. 3.) Ability to teach modern software development methodologies, mentor programmers, and lead cross-functional groups to achieve significant organizational changes. 4.) Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to research, interpret, and advocate for organizational policies and regulations to ensure program strategies align with Navy Medicine's mission.
5.) Ability to show advanced data analysis and problem-solving methods and techniques for performing a wide range of statistical methods, mathematical techniques, simulation, modeling, and process mapping.
