About this role

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience, education, and/or specialized training sufficient to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Information Technology (IT) principles, concepts, and methods as well as skill in applying basic IT principles and practices in: Performing highly structured, entry level work designed to develop a broader and more in-depth knowledge and skill needed to perform higher level assignments; Communicating factual and procedural information clearly, orally and in writing, Gathering and analyzing facts and drawing conclusions, Data storage, software applications and networking.

In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess or actively pursuing a Security+ certification or equivalent. Work experience or formal training with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools to include SharePoint, Teams, PowerAutomate, or Power BI. Experience working with RecTrac, Child and Youth Management System (CYMS), or similar point-of-sale system.

Experience identifying, evaluating, and implementing modern technologies or digital tools to improve workflows, streamline business processes, or enhance operational efficiency.
