Specialized experience would be demonstrated by assisting in the tracking of IT service delivery by gathering data for performance reports; supporting the Service Agreement Management program by processing pre-formatted agreements and maintaining records; performing routine updates to documents like the Army Unified Network Service Catalog (AUNSC) under direct guidance. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by monitoring IT service performance against established metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and reporting on discrepancies; maintaining and managing portions of the Army IT Portfolio (AITP) and AUNSC, ensuring service descriptions are accurate; utilizing IT management platforms (like AESMP) to analyze service data and identify trends or areas for improvement.

Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by independently managing the delivery of IT services by analyzing performance data, identifying areas for process improvement, and implementing solutions; analyzing and developing project plans for IT service improvements,satisfying validated requirements from stakeholders; managing the full lifecycle of complex Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other support agreements, from requirement definition to compliance enforcement.

Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by leading Army-wide working groups and representing the command as a voting member on technical governance boards to make decisions that influence Army IT policies and resources; providing authoritative guidance and briefings on complex IT service management issues to senior leadership (G3, NETCOM, etc.); developing and defining service specifications, performance metrics, and data collection methodologies to strengthen accountability across the enterprise.

Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by aligning IT service delivery strategy with business objectives to ensure services meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) quality standards, maintaining user IT Metrics application access to adhere to cyber security requirements; coordinating Army IT Metrics Help Desk actions for quarterly Army-wide data collection,reporting, and validation of IT Metrics with Command, Theater, Brigade, GCC, RCC and NEC representatives.
OR Education: (see Education section below) The specialized experience must include, or be supplemented by, information technology related experience (paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training, as appropriate) which demonstrates each of the four competencies, as defined: (1) Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. (4) Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
