Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Developing complete acquisition packages to support organizational procurement requirements; 2) Validating acquisition documents (such as Statements of Work and cost estimates) to ensure compliance with federal regulations; 3) Coordinating procurement submissions to ensure proper documentation and timely processing; 4) Advising personnel on acquisition procedures to build actionable and compliant requirements; and 5)Monitoring contract actions to address delays and ensure timely obligation of funds.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
