About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Executing an energy/water management program for an organization based on organizational goals and resource requirements; 2) Researching legislation, studies, policies, and procedures to provide guidance on an organizational energy program; 3) Managing energy mandates, programs, and processes essential to the energy program; and 4) Interpreting policy and regulations to resolve energy program conflicts or issues.
