About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-13) or pay band in the federal service, or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing, evaluating and integrating complex data from Human Intelligence (HUMINT) sources to assess the relevance and significance. Providing input and oversight with regards to short and long term strategy for Human Intelligence (HUMINT) operations.

Planning and coordinating intelligence activities, resolving conflicts, and interpreting existing policy to make technical or operational decisions necessary to process all-source materials and produce innovative analyses. Preparing discussion items, tailored notes, and recommendations to senior leadership as a representative of the organization. This position has a selective placement factor that will be used to screen out ineligible candidates.

The selective placement factor is: Must be a graduate of a HUMINT certifying course (MOTC, FTC, OTC, DOQC, MAGTF, or an equivalent course).
