INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-13) or pay band in the federal service, or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading complex projects involving acoustic analysis, foreign naval platform acoustic signatures, acoustic sensor systems, underwater weapon systems, sonar signal processing, and Target Motion Analysis (TMA) of foreign submarine and Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) assets; Analyzing and interpreting complex, multi-source intelligence information and correlation of information to support analysis of adversary tactics, capabilities, and operational patterns; Employing expert knowledge in Intelligence Community (IC) analytic and tradecraft standards with regard to Intelligence production; Conducting pattern analysis and projecting adversary trends that directly inform tactical reconstructions, intelligence assessments, and broader operational planning; Communicating complex intelligence analysis to senior leaders and key partners across global intelligence entities, through development of detailed, written narratives, serialized intelligence products, and multimedia presentations; Mentoring, training, and developing junior military and civilian personnel.
