About this role

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: Demonstrated track record (typically 7-10 years) conducting, directing, and managing HUMINT operations, source management, operational deconfliction and asset validation to satisfy intelligence requirements.

Experience applying advanced HUMINT tradecraft methodologies (e.g., FTC, OTC, ASOTC, DHQC, MOTC, or equivalent) to oversee complex collection requirements and manage a comprehensive organizational or Service-level HUMINT Common Operating Picture (COP). Experience authoring, implementing, and overseeing HUMINT strategies and directives, including the formulation of source, reporting, and systems policies to ensure strict alignment with Service, Departmental, and Intelligence Community (IC) standards.

Experience serving as senior subject matter expert on HUMINT capabilities, operations, and policy, providing executive-level advisory support and critical intelligence inputs to senior leadership. Experience navigating Service, Department of the Navy (DoN), DoD, and National-level intelligence governance structures to advocate for HUMINT operational requirements and capabilities, ensuring seamless interagency integration and cross-functional alignment.
