INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following such as: Apply expertise in Information Warfare (IW) principles, concepts, standards, and methods to provide significant and innovative recommendations for advancing IW Direct Support (DIRSUP) force generation (FG) programs and methods; Evaluate the work performance of civilian personnel and conduct supporting administrative actions including developing briefs, counsels, and evaluate all civilian personnel Individual Development Plans (IDPs), Performance Plans, and Performance Reviews; Resolve complex problems by determining root cause, gaining consensus on resolution alternatives, and implementing the chosen option; Utilize proficiency in military organizational structure (relating to Navy, Joint, and coalition environments) to monitor and oversee operational needs, Fleet operations, Information Warfare (IW) ratings, and program budgeting.
