About this role

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Two years of Operational Test and Evaluation experience with testing and evaluating major acquisition programs to include experience with design of testing methodologies, execution of operational tests, standardization principles and practices, and evaluation and interpretation of testing results.

2) Knowledge of the theories, practices, methodologies, and standards of testing in a realistic operational environment of major acquisition programs. 3) Experience in or with military operations preferred, but not required. 4) Knowledge of the Mission Based Test Design process preferred, but not required. 5) Experience with data analysis, collection, extraction, and evaluation. 6) Experience with problem resolution skills, including critical thinking, decision making, and effective communications.

7) Demonstrated effective technical writing skills.
