About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or (DP-04) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes: 1) Demonstrating senior level knowledge and experience pertaining to Aeromechanics (Flight Vehicle Performance, Flight Dynamics, Flight Controls, Store Separation, Aerodynamics and Modeling and Simulation); 2) Serving as technical authority in Aeromechanics engineering airworthiness criteria and design standards for aviation assets; 3) Utilizing engineering practices and principals related to Aeromechanics engineering, including design standards and test and evaluation techniques.

4) Leading teams, presenting complex engineering concepts to leadership, and partnering across organizations to provide technology and acquisition solutions.
