You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Specialized Experience for GS-12: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes at least three out five duties as follow: 1) Performing on-site construction monitoring for engineering projects which include hydropower facilities or similar civil works; or 2) Assisting a Contracting Officer's Representative (e.g.

COR) with administration of construction contracts; or 3) preparing draft documentation for contract modifications; or 4) assisting in the initial review of contractor pay applications; or 5) Assisting in quality assurance by reviewing contractor material submittals and shop drawings. . In addition to meeting the specialized experience requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the basic education requirement listed.
