citizens GENERAL AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: The duties and responsibilities of these positions are to perform professional engineering work to protect or improve air, land, and water resources in order to provide a clean and healthful environment. GS-12 - Must have 1-year equivalent to at least next lower grade level experience, education, or training for management, supervision, or performance of (1) planning, designing, construction, and/or maintaining structures and facilities; and (2) investigating, measuring, surveying, and mapping the earth's physical features.
