Inventory Management Specialist

About this role

To qualify for the Inventory Management Specialist, PG - 2010 - 9 , you must meet the following requirements: One (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level in the Federal service that equipped you with the particular specialized experience, education or training to perform successfully the duties of the position or typically in or related to the work of this position: (1) Analyze inventory management reports; (2) Utilize automated inventory management systems to maintain current inventory data; and (3) Research and analyze information to resolve questions and issues regarding inventory discrepancies.

OR Master's or equivalent graduate degree OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B. or J.D., if related OR Combination of education and experience which equals 100%. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
