INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (LEADER)

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Ensuring the accuracy of MFG supportability checks and providing estimated supportability dates for items being quoted for MFG by outside entities (Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), NAVSEA etc.); 2) Accurately tracking and processing of all AVDLR requirements; 3) Working with DLA, NAVSUP, JLT, PCs, and other groups (both internal and external of FRCSE) to ensure that the JLTs can report accurate status of all material requirements needed to support WIP; 4) Distributing and balancing workload among employees based on established workflow or job specialization and ensuring that each employee has enough work; 5) Providing on the job training, as needed, to team members in accordance with established procedures and practices; 6) reviewing and reporting on material delay, elevating supply constraints, and ensuring the accuracy of material requirements during and after execution of Work in Progress.
