About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as the following: 1. Participating in a DoD or Department of the Navy Insider Threat, Counterintelligence, Security, or Cybersecurity program, including risk management, policy implementation, and mission execution.

2. Providing guidance to civilian, military, and/or contractor personnel, managing operations, establishing priorities, evaluating performance, and ensuring mission readiness. 3. Analyzing multi-source information to identify insider threats, develop risk mitigation strategies, and coordinate with various Commands/Organizations, i.e. NCIS, DCSA, DITMAC, HR, legal, and other mission partners. AND 4. Advising senior leadership, developing policy and operational guidance, and delivering executive-level briefings and written products that support enterprise decision-making.
