ABOUT THE ROLE We are a small, fast-moving AI infrastructure company building production-ready tooling that helps engineering teams deploy and operate high-performance GPU clusters at scale. Our work spans distributed systems, Kubernetes orchestration, inference pipelines, and beyond — and we're looking for a Java Developer who is excited about solving real, complex technical problems for demanding customers. In this role, you will be a critical bridge between client needs and engineering execution — turning customer insights into well-crafted, reliable Java applications that create lasting value.

WHAT YOU'LL DO - Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions. - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications aligned with customer expectations and business goals. - Analyze complex customer problems and implement clean, scalable code that drives long-term system reliability. - Collaborate across teams to ensure timely, well-considered delivery of features grounded in a deep understanding of user needs.

- Iterate on existing applications by incorporating customer feedback and applying modern software engineering best practices. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required: - Strong hands-on experience with Java development and a solid grasp of modern software engineering principles. - Demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into clear, well-designed technical solutions. - Solid computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.

- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical partners. - Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with a focus on writing maintainable, high-quality code.
