Working Hours: 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. (PHT) Please note: Our Philippines-based team members are employed through our BPO partner, Emapta, while working as dedicated members of the CreatorIQ team. HR Coordinator The HR Coordinator will support CreatorIQ’s global People team across HR operations, recruiting coordination, and team member support.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition, this role will help deliver a consistent and organized experience through onboarding and offboarding support, contractor administration, recruiting coordination, reporting, and day-to-day support for Philippines-based team members. This is a full-time, remote role based in Manila that requires availability to work Pacific Time (PST) hours and attendance at occasional in-office meetings.
In this role, you’ll get to: - Coordinate onboarding activities to help new team members have a smooth, organized start at CreatorIQ. - Support offboarding processes by coordinating required steps, documentation, system updates, and internal communication. - Administer contractor-related processes and maintain accurate records, documentation, and status updates. - Provide recruiting coordination support, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and related administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate information in HR systems and prepare recurring or ad hoc reports for the global People team. - Provide responsive HR support to Philippines-based team members and connect questions with the appropriate People team partner. - Coordinate meetings, schedules, and administrative activities that help the People and Talent Acquisition teams operate effectively. - Partner with global HR and recruiting colleagues to improve the consistency, accuracy, and efficiency of People processes.
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position: - Bring 1 to 2+ years of experience supporting HR operations, a People team, or a related HR function. - Have hands-on experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems, maintaining accurate HR, recruiting, and team member data. - Demonstrate strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple processes, deadlines, and priorities. - Use sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and stakeholders across functions and locations. - Be able to work a schedule aligned with the Pacific Time (PST) zone. - Be able to travel internationally at least once per year. - Use approved AI tools independently to improve work quality and efficiency, including drafting, summarizing, researching, analyzing, and reviewing outputs for accuracy; be familiar with Claude, apply appropriate human review, and follow data-handling requirements, including not entering personally identifiable information (PII) or other restricted data into AI tools.
- Experience providing scheduling, coordination, or administrative support to recruiters or a Talent Acquisition team. Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job.
