About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing the development of wargaming, simulation and implementation of training events for joint military operations for optimal information technology systems.

Examples of Qualifying Experience; Experience planning, coordinating, and executing unit-level training or wargaming events in collaboration with internal staff and external agencies. Ability to develop and modify training scenarios utilizing simulation software or combat modeling concepts. Baseline familiarity with Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training methodologies and how they support training objectives. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
