About this role
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience requirements. To qualify for the Grade 13, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-12, it must include: Experience establishing and maintaining working relationships with programming staff, partners and project stakeholders (Government agencies, private firms, state/local/city government agencies, etc.) to effectively lead the programming of road and/or bridge projects.
Experience leading and managing the funding and development of transportation improvement projects to meet partner and agency requirements. This includes the ability to analyze, input and make decisions on questions related to managing the project scope, schedule, and budget in accordance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: Administration and Management - Knowledge of planning, coordination, and execution of business functions, resource allocation, and production.
