Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Assistant to support our Legal team, with a primary focus on contracts and contract management. This role will support the implementation of a new contract management system and help organize, maintain, and improve the company's contract records and workflows. The ideal candidate has experience working with contracts and legal documentation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage and organize a high volume of information accurately.

This person will help ensure contracts are properly entered, tracked, stored, and accessible throughout their lifecycle. Responsibilities: Support the implementation and organization of the new contract management system. Review, organize, and upload existing contracts and related legal documents into the contract management system. Enter and maintain key contract information, including parties, effective dates, expiration/renewal dates, and other relevant terms.

Help track contract status, renewals, expirations, amendments, and other important deadlines. Assist with contract intake, routing, filing, and maintaining accurate records throughout the contract lifecycle. Identify missing, incomplete, or duplicate contract records and help maintain data accuracy. Read and organize contracts, amendments, and related legal documentation. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and business information.

Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Legal team as needed. Education & Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business, or a related field required . 1–3 years of experience as a legal assistant, legal secretary, paralegal, contracts administrator, or in a similar role. Experience working with contracts and contract documentation is required. Experience using Juro or a similar contract management system (CMS/CLM) is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with contract terminology and the ability to identify and accurately capture key contract information. Experience tracking contract dates, renewals, amendments, or other contractual obligations preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Proficiency with Google Drive and email. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Discretion in handling confidential information.
