About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: * Experience managing, directing, and stabilizing a large multi-tiered industrial service organization. * Experience analyzing industrial capacity, forecasting manpower, and developing competitive cost estimates and bid packages for complex, multi-million-dollar ship overhaul projects.

* Experience working on weight handling, rigging, and maritime diving services. * Experience applying NAVSEA, OSHA, and nuclear safety regulations sufficient to evaluate, interpret, and formulate division-wide operational policies, standard operating procedures, and safety controls. * Experience establishing financial tracking procedures and following federal budget parameters and cost estimation protocols.
