About this role

GS-07: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: (1) working with residential and commercial loan programs and their collateral requirements; and (2) performing financial analysis of both personal and business documents to determine eligibility; and (3) analyzing economic conditions and trends to enable proper collection and liquidation recommendations.

These qualifications must be clearly referenced in your resume. Substitution for Specialized Experience (GS-7): 1 full year (18 semester hours) of graduate-level education directly related to the position. Education must be in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the duties of the position. OR Determine if Superior Academic Achievement is relevant to position based on the OPM qualification standards.

If so, insert appropriate language: Superior academic achievement based on one of the following: (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average, or (3) honor society member. For example, 6 months of the specialized experience (50% of the experience requirement), and completion of 9+ semester hours or 13+ quarter hours of graduate-level education in a related field from an accredited institution (50% of the qualifying education) would equal 100% of the required experience for the position.
