About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1. Knowledge and experience creating, editing, and finalizing Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Technical Directives (TDs) for Naval Aviation Weapons Systems supported. 2. Knowledge and experience influencing leadership and program direction through briefs and meetings.

3. Knowledge and experience in supportability analysis pertaining to reliability and maintainability, operational requirements for F-35 aircraft and F135 supported throughout the life-cycle of the item . 4. Knowledge and experience in program support and sustainment activities related to total life-cycle support costs and influence to serve as a team lead and/or senior specialist in directing other logistics personnel in the development of products and sustainment outcomes and supportability plans for F-35 and F135 systems.

5. Knowledge and experience in developing relationships, building consensus, making recommendations, and accomplishing team goals. 6. Knowledge and experience in mentoring and developing personnel with skill gaps and refinement of new tools and processes.
