About this role

Five years of experience managing and supervising a large retail sales program with a full variety of merchandise lines. Thorough knowledge of business practices, economic principles, and ability to analyze trends, developments and make business improvements in operating programs. Knowledge of financial management to include an understanding of indicators within profit and loss statements and balance sheets and preparing budgets.

Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must possess extraordinary people management skills and experience with the management of large numbers of personnel. Experience in delegating tasks as needed and follow-up to completion. Knowledge of monitoring operational results and initiating proactive measures to meet sales goals. Extensive experience in customer relationship management.
