About this role

To qualify for the GS-14, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience acting as the primary technical expert and advisor on all military and civilian manpower and personnel functions. Experience developing, implementing, and providing leadership on policies and guidance for manpower management across the command.

Experience developing and implementing procedures to manage and facilitate the flow of work throughout the department. Experience managing subordinate employees, including assigning work, evaluating performance, handling hiring and promotions, and identifying training needs. Experience providing advice on sensitive and adverse actions and developing plans and policies for civilian personnel management.
