Specialized experience is defined as: experience planning, conducting, and evaluating projects and studies to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational operations and recommend improvements; analyzing administrative operations, policies, procedures, and practices to identify problems, risks, and opportunities for improvement; and analyzing, maintaining, and using administrative data to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve program and operational effectiveness.
