MANAGEMENT ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience and knowledge of Total Force Manpower (civilian) policies and procedures, knowledge of DOD/DON/OPM regulations/guidance for human capital management to manage/address manning and manpower requirements Experience and knowledge in the management of the Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA) to administer the program and provide technical guidance and training to employees/supervisors/certifiers as needed.

Experience and knowledge of personnel related database for administration of Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) for processing Personnel Actions, Work Structure Management, and Benefits & Performance. Experience and knowledge in the use of personnel related database Total Force Manpower Management Systems (TFMMS) to administer the management of civilian manpower. Experience and knowledge in the classification of position descriptions, reports and briefing managers and employees on classification/position management issues.

Experience and knowledge of the management of Civilian Training program and WayPoints database or equivalent civilian training database. Experience and knowledge of database software HRLINK, CANYON, AutoNOA, MYeSCREEN, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook applications to draft emails, reports, and presentations. Ability to prepare and present findings and recommendations, carry out specific actions regarding controversial issues, and/or implementing new human resource ideas and concepts.
