MANAGEMENT ANALYST
About this role
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying skills in problem solving, analysis of various types of data, and knowledge of ships maintenance availabilities, particularly as related to nuclear work.
Experience serving as an analyst or advisor evaluating complex submarine maintenance availabilities and projects within a naval shipyard or similar industrial environment. Experience utilizing management systems-such as the Capabilities Plan (CP), Workload and Resources Report (WARR), Performance Measurement and Control (PMC), and Business Objects-to conduct in-depth analyses of financial data, schedule, and resource allocation strictly as they pertain to submarine programs.
Experience developing strategic plans and cost-saving initiatives for submarine-centric CNO and non-CNO projects, while coordinating with high-level stakeholders (e.g., NAVSEA, Fleet Forces Command) to resolve complex issues impacting submarine workload alignment and execution.
