MANAGEMENT ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying expert knowledge in the applications of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of all financial and business-related functions within the Nuclear Codes overhead accounts, NRMD, Code 361, Code 308, and NRMD Kings Bay or similar.

Experience analyzing and evaluating major aspects of substantive, mission oriented programs, through process improvement studies, and reports to make recommendations of major significance to the Nuclear Business Manager. Experience applying extensive knowledge of financial management and cost accounting techniques, including utilization of Performance Measurement and Control (PMC), Business Objects, WEBI, and other shipyard programs in order to assess shipyard financial and schedule performance or similar.

Experience applying management analysis and business oversight knowledge in order to provide management analysis and business oversight to nuclear codes budgets, nuclear production cost initiatives and overall coordination of business and strategic planning functions within the Nuclear Codes Management staff or similar.
