About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the following type of duties: 1) Advising on process improvement, change management, and issues related to distribution and placement functions to meet organizational objectives; 2) Analyzing annual budget inputs and identifying, collecting, and monitoring key performance metrics; 3) Extracting data from human resource information systems to build monthly manning slates, create manning statistics, and prepare correspondence, reports, and briefs; and 4) Initiating and managing project teams and conducting case reviews to provide recommendations for high-level inquiries.
