Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position. Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated comprehensive verbal communication skills and analytical writing skills sufficient to develop and deliver formal reports, briefings, training, presentations or similar Demonstrated ability in standard office software such as word processing, graphics presentations, spreadsheets, etc.

General knowledge of MWR programs, APF and NAF funding, and oversight relationship to child and youth programs Strong organizational skills - with emphasis on coaching/teambuilding/leadership skills - with potential to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively Experience working with regulatory, personnel, funding, and budgeting proponents at the region/directorate, MACOM, or HQ levels Demonstrated ability to lead teams Demonstrated ability to perform various analytical techniques All Qualified applicants will be rated against the highly qualifying criteria by a rating panel for evaluation of the quality and extent of your total accomplishments, experience and education.

Highly qualifying Criteria: Extensive experience working with children of all ages, children with and without disabilities Subject matter expert in child development both normative and non-normative Self starter who takes the initiative and works well independently but is also a strong team player as much of the daily work requires interfacing and collaboration with other subject matter experts and stakeholders Possess a combination of experience and education (Bachelor's degree with course of study in business administration, accounting, economics, Education, Social Work, Social Science or Nursing Extensive experience with military child care programs or working with children of all ages in other venues (could be education based, medical pediatrics, other gov't child care programs or private programs) Experience in policy development and senior level management engagement All answers to the Highly Qualifying Criteria must be demonstrated in your resume to get credit.
