For the GS-13 Specialized Experience is defined as one year of experience at the GS-12 level or equivalent, that is directly related to the position, and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized Experience for this position includes: Leading enterprise planning and governance activities such strategic planning, portfolio management, investment planning, or organizational planning AND -Developing strategic planning products and recommendations such as goals, priorities, business cases, investment recommendations, implementation plans, or organizational strategies that support executive decision-making and enterprise alignment; AND -Conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analyses and communicating findings through executive-level decision-support products such as briefings, strategic reports, governance review materials, dashboards, or other analytical deliverables to provide recommendations to senior leaders regarding organizational priorities, enterprise initiatives, or resource alignment.
