GS-12 Grade Level Specialized Experience: You qualify for the GS-12 grade level if you possess the specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal government or public or private sector equivalent. Implement tools, systems, processes, and procedures to enable the measurement of short-and long- term organizational performance objectives aligned with strategic goals. Collaborate with functional leadership within I&A Mission Centers to monitor and measure both qualitative and quantitative benchmarks associated with the production and analysis of both raw and finished intelligence outputs.

Implement tools, systems, processes, and procedures to enable the measurement of short-and long- term organizational performance objectives aligned with strategic goals. Collaborate with functional leadership within I&A Mission Centers to monitor and measure both qualitative and quantitative benchmarks associated with the production and analysis of both raw and finished intelligence outputs. Work together with performance measurement counterparts throughout the Department, IE, other IC agencies and Governmental entities to facilitate the internal adoption of best practices and broader intergovernmental alignment of resources, priorities, and techniques.

This position is designated as Emergency Essential. Emergency Essential personnel must be able to serve during a continuity of operation event without regard to declarations of liberal leave or government closures due to weather, protests, and acts of terrorism or lack of funding.
