GS-11 QUALIFICATIONS One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-9) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required; Coordinates with product line from horizontal perspective to validate work counts, work years and dollar requirements.

Specialized Experience Is Defined As: Having access to and utilizing the contractors management and reporting systems (CCMS) (CCRS); Completing monthly reviews of travel card transactions to ensure compliance with instructions, policies and business rules; Provide training and customer service to all travel cardholders ensuring applications, training certificates and Statement of Understanding (SOUs) are executed and maintained.

GS-12 QUALIFICATIONS One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-11) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required. Specialized Experience Is Defined As: Direct experience executing the full life-cycle of a Department of War (DoW) GTCC program (including account creation, maintenance, and closure) in strict accordance with federal travel regulations.

Proficiency utilizing Citibank's Electronic Access System (EAS), Card Management System (CCMS), Custom Reporting System (CCRS), and the Defense Travel System (DTS) to run surveillance, track spend metrics, and manage delinquencies. Experience providing high-level policy interpretation, customer service, and training to cardholders and approving officials, while coordinating across travel administrations to resolve systemic issues.
