About this role

GS-07 Minimum Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-5 level, including independent work on a range of personnel or management programs, 1) Carrying out managerial tasks independently and with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all work products 2) Protecting sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality 3) Researching, compiling, and analyzing information to prepare reports or recommendations 4) Communicating complex issues with colleagues and management through written and oral skills.

NOTE: All experience must be fully demonstrated in your resume to be considered for the position. GS-09 Minimum Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-7 level, including independent work on a range of personnel or management programs within the federal government 1)analyzing and improving work methods, procedures, or organizational policy to enhance efficiency 2) Working on complex and sensitive personnel matters (e.g., staffing, performance management, disciplinary actions) that require confidentiality and sound judgement 3) Interpreting and applying a wide range of federal personnel regulations, policies, and procedures to resolve complex issues and provide authoritative advice.

4) Experience using federal data systems to retrieve data, prepare reports, and manage personnel actions.
