Minimum Qualification For the GS-13 level: One (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12 in the Federal service.

Examples of work experience include, but are not limited to: experience in fire business, budget coordination, and preparation of financial packets for higher level management officials; performing duties in response to management request to analyze problems and issues; prepares detailed action plans and schedules for long and short-range project accomplishment and ensures that plans are consistent with agency goals and policies; or experience in preparing briefings, executive summaries, decision memorandra, etc.
