About this role

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer or scientist leading a team of at least three individuals to improve or develop products, procedures, or services (e.g., design documentation, software/hardware prototypes, journal articles, conference publications, or test plans/reports) ensuring adherence to project deadlines and budget constraints, while briefing senior leadership (e.g., SES/SL/ST/SSTM/O6).
