About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience preparing and presenting ideas, findings, problems, solutions and recommendations. Experience identifying personnel related problems/discrepancies and finding a solution(s).

Experience assisting personnel assigned to the East Coast pool by providing advisement and direction concerning various human capital requirements. Experience monitoring assignments made by Detailers and distributing travel orders and tickets to personnel. Experience maintaining open communication with personnel to identify potential program policy or procedural improvements designed to reduce turnover rate, job dissatisfaction, absenteeism, grievances, etc.
