Business Analyst - Market Intelligence & One House View Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Workplace Type: Offsite About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our Market Intelligence & One House View team. This role is crucial in supporting the Head of Market Intelligence & One House View by collecting, analyzing, and standardizing market data. You will be instrumental in developing analytical inputs for our unified market perspective and maintaining updated market content products to support Wealth advisory services.

The position emphasizes analysis, synthesis, and implementation, with a focus on providing data-driven insights rather than making final investment decisions. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth macroeconomic and microeconomic analysis, tracking and updating data on economic indicators (growth, inflation, interest rates, monetary policy) and financial market indicators (equities, bonds, capital flows, valuations).

Analyze market trends, identify cyclical risks and opportunities, and prepare analytical documentation to support market scenarios and the development of a unified market view (One House View). Build and maintain a robust market data system by collecting, aggregating, and standardizing macroeconomic, microeconomic, and market data according to the PIC's direction, as well as data for advisory and communication purposes.

Collaborate with the Data & Technology department to ensure automated dashboard and chart updates, guaranteeing data accuracy, consistency, and proper sourcing, while performing regular quality checks on data integrity and stability. Support the creation of the One House View by synthesizing information from the ACBS research department, fund management partners, and external market data sources. Prepare analytical content, compare different viewpoints and scenarios, and draft market views and investment theses based on scenarios, direction, and the PIC's final decisions.

Assist in the preparation of content for regular market updates and cyclical investment themes, working closely with the PIC and Marketing to edit content for different audience segments and ensure clarity, understandability, and message consistency. Monitor feedback from the advisory team and clients to continuously improve market content products. Coordinate closely with the PIC Market Intelligence & One House View and relevant departments to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of tasks.

Proactively report on data status and any emerging issues encountered during analysis or updates. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial market analysis/research, investment analysis at securities firms, investment funds, or banks. Proven experience in supporting the development of macroeconomic reports or investment strategy reports is highly preferred. Strong understanding of macroeconomics, microeconomics, financial markets, and fundamental asset classes.

Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to structure and present information clearly and concisely in reports and slides. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools is a significant advantage. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
