About this role
Our client is a joint venture dedicated to accelerating Vietnam’s energy transition by investing in an end-to-end electric two-wheeler (E2W) mobility solution. They aim to deliver a seamless consumer experience powered by an integrated digital ecosystem. Role Overview The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Director in planning and executing the company’s marketing activities for pilot launch, commercial launch, and ongoing brand building in Vietnam.
This role will be responsible for day-to-day marketing execution, including campaign coordination, content and creative asset management, event support, digital marketing coordination, agency/vendor follow-up, and internal cross-functional alignment. The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused individual who can work in a fast-paced start-up environment and support the brand presence in the electric two-wheeler and battery swapping mobility market.
1 - Marketing Campaign Execution Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for pilot launch, commercial launch, channel activation, rider engagement, and brand awareness. Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and execution status with internal teams and external agencies. Assist in preparing campaign briefs, creative requirements, message house, and communication materials. Track campaign progress and ensure all activities are delivered on time and aligned with the brand direction.
Support post-campaign performance review and learning summary. 2 - Brand and Creative Asset Management Support the development and management of brand assets, including key visuals, brochures, banners, posters, sales tools, digital content, event materials, and presentation templates. Coordinate with agencies, designers, printers, and production vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Ensure all marketing assets follow the brand guidelines and are consistent across online and offline channels.
Maintain a clear archive of final approved marketing materials and working files. Support localization of global or partner-provided materials into the Vietnam market context. 3 - Digital Marketing and Social Media Support Support the management of the digital channels, including website, social media platforms, and digital campaign assets. Coordinate content calendar, social posts, visual assets, captions, and approval flow.
Work with digital agencies or media partners on paid media execution, performance tracking, and reporting. Monitor social media engagement, customer comments, inquiries, and basic sentiment feedback. Support simple analysis of digital campaign performance, including reach, engagement, leads, traffic, and conversion where applicable. 4 - Event and Launch Activation Support Support planning and execution of the events, including pilot launch, commercial launch, dealer events, partner visits, customer engagement activities, media events, and internal events.
Coordinate event logistics such as venue, invitation, guest list, RSVP, agenda, branding setup, production materials, agency coordination, and onsite support. Support preparation of event materials, including digital invitations, presentation decks, backdrop, product display, demo flow, giveaway items, and photography/videography requirements. Ensure event execution is professional, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives.
Prepare post-event summary, photos, attendance record, and key follow-up actions. 5 - Channel and Sales Marketing Support Work closely with Sales and Distribution, Business Development, and Channel teams to support dealer, agent, workshop, and partner marketing needs. Support preparation of sales enablement materials such as product introduction decks, dealer pitch materials, customer FAQs, service explanation materials, and promotional tools.
Coordinate local activation materials for selected dealers, agent hubs, service partners, and field teams. Collect market feedback from frontline teams and support improvement of customer-facing materials. Assist in competitor and market observation related to E2W marketing, promotions, channel activation, and customer communication. 6 - Agency, Vendor and Procurement Coordination Coordinate with creative agencies, media agencies, event agencies, production vendors, printing suppliers, and other marketing service providers.
Support quotation collection, vendor comparison, procurement process, purchase request, invoice tracking, and payment follow-up. Ensure vendors deliver according to agreed timeline, quality, scope, and cost. Maintain clear records of vendor quotations, approvals, contracts, invoices, and deliverables. Work closely with Procurement and Finance to ensure marketing spending is properly documented and compliant with company process.
7 - Market Research and Customer Insight Support Support customer research activities, including focus group discussions, online surveys, field visits, dealer interviews, rider interviews, and competitor observation. Assist in preparing research materials, discussion guides, questionnaires, and interview notes. Consolidate customer feedback and market findings into simple summaries. Support the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams in translating customer insights into campaign ideas, communication messages, and customer value proposition refinement.
8 - Internal Coordination and Reporting Prepare regular marketing activity updates, campaign trackers, budget trackers, and action logs. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with launch timeline and business priorities. Support preparation of marketing slides and updates for leadership meetings when required. Maintain clear documentation of marketing plans, approvals, campaign materials, vendor records, and activity reports.
Proactively flag risks, delays, resource gaps, or decision needs to the Marketing Director. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline. Minimum 2 to 4 years of marketing, communications, brand activation, digital marketing, event management, or agency coordination experience. Experience in automotive, motorcycle, mobility, EV, FMCG, retail, technology, or consumer-facing businesses is preferred.
Good understanding of marketing execution, campaign coordination, social media, event support, and vendor management. Strong project coordination skills with attention to details and deadlines. Good writing, communication, and presentation skills. Able to work with agencies, vendors, internal teams, and external partners. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and basic digital tools. Fluent English communication skills are preferred.
