To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 08/21/2026. Specialized Experience GS-14: Do you have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-13, in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization? Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but not limited to: full delegated responsibility for planning, direction, control, coordination, operation, and evaluation of all medical center functions, serves as advisor to executive leadership and is responsible for providing sound management practices, analyzes the specific impact of such and seeks solutions to existing and possible future problems, formulates proposals for executive leadership consideration, plans and initiates improvements inpatient administration arears affecting the medical center mission.

Physical Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary position, but the work requires some walking, bending, stooping and carrying of light objects such as manuals, documents, etc. Concentration and sustained performance under prolonged stress is required because of the time factors involved in completion of work assignments within deadlines.
