About this role
What are we looking for? Four years of experience that demonstrate knowledge of and/or experience in serving as a Prevention Director. Relevant education may be used as a substitute for experience. Mastery-level knowledge of behavioral health prevention and response, with practical experience developing and implementing prevention and intervention programs across a large or complex organization. Mastery knowledge of behavioral health, prevention, and response.
Knowledge of military structure and environment preferred. Must have practical experience developing and implementing behavioral health prevention and intervention programs. Comprehensive knowledge of designing and interpreting surveys, fact finding, using investigative techniques and presenting results; skill to analyze and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of business practices to meet goals and objectives. Must have practical experience in program management, including implementing complex processes and programs in a large enterprise; practical understanding and expert working knowledge of risk management principles, practices, and their methods of implementation across many objectives; and ability to work efficiently and proactively, prioritize workflow, meet demanding deadlines, and manage multi-dimensional projects in a fast-paced environment.
This position has been determined as Non-Critical Sensitive. As a condition of employment, the incumbent must possess or be able to obtain and maintain an Access National Agency Check and Inquiries (T3/ANACI) Secret Clearance to access classified information.
