The GS-14 salary range starts at USD 127,829 per year. Locality pay may vary. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service.

Specialized experience is one year of experience performing and leading acquisition program work for high-value Information Technology and/or Professional Services contracts or task orders. The experience must include at least 3 out of 5 bullets below: Directing or overseeing acquisition activities across the pre-award, award, and post-award phases, including development of customer requirements, acquisition planning, technical evaluations, contractor performance monitoring, and contract administration; Advising stakeholders and resolving complex acquisition or program management issues; Analyzing program performance, financial forecasts, budget execution, funding status, and operational data to develop recommendations concerning resource allocation, program priorities, and long-range planning; Coordinating complex acquisition work among customers, contracting offices, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to develop integrated solutions and ensure requirements and contractual terms and conditions are met; Leading a team of contract professionals performing acquisition work by assigning and reviewing work, setting priorities, addressing performance or training needs, and ensuring quality and timely results.
