Required Experience: Strong, demonstrable experience in Mongolia's capital markets and financial system Proven track record of working with financial regulators, market institutions, policymakers, or other public-sector stakeholders Relevant Experience Includes: Capital market development and financial sector reform Capital market assessments, diagnostics, and strategy development Legal, regulatory, tax, and foreign exchange frameworks Market infrastructure and financial product development Engagement with regulators, policymakers, and market participants Experience in emerging and frontier markets The closing date for applications is 18 August 2026.
